
A mediation has two disputants and two mediators. The mediators ask the disputants to state the problem and how they would like it to be solved. By asking questions the mediators are able to better analyze the situation.
We have four basic steps to help the disputants:
Those students who would like to initiate a peer mediation may do so by by signing up in the office or notifying a teacher.
